INTERNATIONAL 2012
ICC Division 2 Europe Twenty/20 - Corfu, Greece 3 - 8 September 2012 Sweden will participate in the International Cricket Council - Europe Division II Twenty/20 tournament in Corfu, Greece between 3 - 8 September, 2012. A total of 11 teams will be competing for the title including Croatia, Cyprus, Finland, Hellas, Israel, Isle of Man, Luxembourg, Malta, Portugal, Spain and Sweden. For more details click here.

INTERNATIONAL 2011
ICC Division 3 Europe Twenty/20 - Slovenia 11-14 May 2011 Sweden won the ICC Division 3 Europe Twenty/20 in Slovenia in May 2011. Competing over four days against five other European teams (Bulgaria, Czech Rep, Estonia, Slovenia and Turkey), Sweden remained undefeated and won their first International trophy. By winning, Sweden has qualified to participate in the ICC Division 2 Europe Twenty/20 in Belgium in June 2011.
ICC Division 2 Europe Twenty/20 - Belgium 20-25 June 2011 Sweden will participate in the ICC Division 2 Europe Twenty/20 in Brussels, Belgium between 20th and 25th June 2011. A total of 12 teams are competing, divided into two groups. Sweden is in Group B playing against Austria, Belgium, Hellas, Malta, Spain and Switzerland. Group A consists of Cyprus, Finland, Isle of Man, Luxembourg and Portugal. The winner and runner-up of the tournament qualify for the ICC Division 1 Europe Twenty/20 in Jersey and Guernsey on 19-24 July 2011.
Royal Nordic Cup After 2009's successful inaugural event, Sweden will once again compete against Denmark, Finland and Norway in the Royal Nordic Cup in 2011. The tournament will be played in Copenhagen, Denmark on 9 and 10 July 2011.
INTERNATIONAL 2009
Sweden will be participating in two international tournaments in 2009. For the first time in Swedish cricket history, the SCF appointed a Selection Committee for Sweden at the AGM on 23rd November 2008.
Royal Nordic Cup SCF has entered Sweden for the Royal Nordic Cup, which will be held on 11th and 12th July 2009 at Svanholm Cricket Ground, Denmark. This will be a Twenty-20 competition with teams representing Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.
ICC European division 5 Sweden will also play in the ICC European division 5 tournament to be held in Corfu, Greece, from 7th to 12th September 2009. We will be competing against Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece and Turkey for advancement into division 4. |
